1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any new, unworn MIER—PARYS watch.

2. Eligibility

A watch qualifies as “unworn” when —

All protective stickers, swing-tags and the tamper-evident clasp seal are still in place. The bracelet has not been sized or adjusted outside our network. No scratches, dings or other signs of wear are present. The full kit (presentation box, papers, International Warranty Certificate,, etc.) accompanies the watch.

Pieces that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at cost.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email service@mierparys.com within the 14-day window to receive a prepaid, fully-insured shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Pack the watch exactly as received and hand the parcel to the designated carrier within three business days.

Our Montréal inspection desk typically confirms condition within 3–5 business days of arrival.

You then choose:

Full refund to the original payment method, or One-time exchange for any available reference. Refunds usually appear in your account 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Watches showing any signs of wear, alteration, bracelet sizing, or missing accessories. Special-order straps or customised engravings. Items explicitly marked final sale at checkout (e.g., outlet, sample, or serviced pieces).

5. After 14 Days

All sales become final after the 14-day period. From that point forward, any manufacturing defect is fully covered by our Five-Year International Warranty.

6. Shipping & Insurance

MIER—PARYS covers outbound and return shipping on authorised returns. Every shipment travels under full replacement-value insurance arranged by us, so you bear zero risk in transit when using our label.

Five-Year International Warranty

1. Activation & Proof of Coverage

At the time of purchase you receive an International Warranty Certificate — a physical card with QR code and a matching digital record — stating the watch’s serial number and the warranty start date. Present either form whenever service under warranty is requested.

2. Duration

Coverage runs for five (5) years from the activation date recorded on the certificate.

3. Scope of Coverage

MIER—PARYS guarantees every watch against defects in materials or workmanship. If a covered defect arises, we will — at our sole discretion — repair or replace the affected component free of charge for both parts and labour.

Mechanical movement, winding and setting systems Case, bezel, crown, crystal, and case-back seals Dial, hands, and indices Water-resistance up to the model’s stated depth rating

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, bracelet stretch, bezel fading, strap wear, lume ageing) Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, negligence, loss, or theft Moisture or dust intrusion from an unscrewed or open crown Alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than the MIER—PARYS Service Centre (MPSC) or a recognised MIER—PARYS Authorised Service Centre (ASC) Use of non-genuine parts or accessories Routine servicing (cleaning, lubrication, regulation, polishing)

5. Obtaining Service

Direct to the MIER—PARYS Service Centre (MPSC) Email service@mierparys.com to request a prepaid, fully-insured shipping label. Send the watch and its International Warranty Certificate directly to our company-owned facility. Through a MIER—PARYS Authorised Service Centre (ASC) Bring the watch and certificate to any ASC listed at mierparys.com/service. The centre will inspect the piece and, if factory work is required, coordinate everything with our Montréal team. All covered work is performed either on-site at an ASC) or at the MIER—PARYS Service Centre (MPSC). Typical turnaround: 4 – 12 weeks. Return shipping—when applicable—is on us.

6. Transferability

The warranty follows the watch. Subsequent owners enjoy any remaining coverage provided the certificate (physical or digital) accompanies the watch and it has not been modified outside the authorised network.

7. Post-Warranty Assurance

Every complete overhaul carried out by the MPSC or an ASC includes a two-year Service Guarantee on the work performed and the genuine parts replaced.
