1 – Introduction

Welcome to www.mierparys.com (the “Site”), operated by MIER—PARYS (“MIER—PARYS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of any Products from our Site under Québec law. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2 – Definitions

Customer (you, your): the individual or entity placing an Order.

Order: your offer to purchase Products, accepted upon our Order Confirmation email.

Contract: the agreement formed when we send the Order Confirmation.

3 – Order Formation & Acceptance

Submission: Add Products to cart, provide billing and shipping details, accept these Terms, and complete payment.

Confirmation: We’ll send an Order Confirmation via email within minutes of successful payment—this creates a binding Contract.

Availability: If a Product is unavailable, we’ll notify you by email within 48 hours. You then have 7 days to modify or cancel your Order for a full refund.

4 – Pricing, Payment & Customs

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and payment is captured at final checkout—pre-authorization holds may apply on high-value Orders. We do not charge taxes or duties; please verify your country’s import regulations and any local customs fees before ordering—they remain your responsibility.

Accepted payment methods:

Digital wallets: Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay

Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay

If payment cannot be authorized, we reserve the right to cancel your Order.

5 – Shipping, Insurance & Risk

We ship internationally from Montréal, Québec, with complimentary, fully insured delivery on every order.

Delivery times:

• North America: 3–7 business days • International: 7–14 business days

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered into your hands. Your package is fully insured in transit — if the carrier loses or damages it, we’ll coordinate with the carrier to replace or refund your order at no cost to you. Once the courier hands the package to you, title and risk transfer to you.

A tracking link will be emailed upon shipment so you can monitor progress. If delivery exceeds 30 business days (excluding pre-orders), you may cancel for a full refund. 6 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We offer you a 14-day grace period to return any non-customized, unworn Product. After delivery, you have 14 calendar days to request a return.

To initiate a return:

Email support@mierparys.com with your Order number within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Ship the Product back in its original packaging with all accessories.

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we’ll issue your refund within 15 days.

7 – Warranties & Remedies

Legal Warranty (Québec law): 2 years from delivery, covering non-conformity and hidden defects. Your choice of repair, replacement, or refund.

Our 5-Year International Warranty: 5 years from purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use worldwide. Excludes misuse, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

To claim under any warranty, email support@mierparys.com for an RMA and shipping instructions to our Montréal Service Centre. Unauthorized repairs void all warranties.

8 – Limitation of Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by Québec law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury), we exclude all consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the purchase price you paid.

9 – Intellectual Property & Sharing

All content on the Site — images, text, logos, designs, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by MIER—PARYS and protected by law. You may download and share images for personal or editorial use with credit: “© MIER—PARYS.” Other uses require our prior written consent.

10 – Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions). Performance is suspended during such events. 11 – Dispute Resolution & Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute will be settled in Québec courts.

12 – Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full effect.

13 – Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date shows the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
